Step Away from the Rush and into the Stillness of the Forest

  • Robert Johnston Eco Forest Trails 185 5 Line Douro-Dummer, Ontario, K0L 2H0 Canada (map)

As we gently meander beneath the trees, listening to the birds and noticing

the gold, scarlet, and bronze of the surrounding forest, you’ll be introduced

to simple, accessible mindfulness practices that restore the body and

nourish the spirit.

There is no destination and no hurry—only an invitation to wander, breathe,

notice, and be.

In the quiet embrace of the forest, a soulful connection with nature can

open space for inner peace and renewed possibilities—a breath of oxygen

for the spirit in our harried world.

Please dress warmly, bring a warm drink, and a blanket or folding chair for

sitting.

Facilitator: Beth McKinlay draws on her experience as an educator, naturalist, Spiritual Companion, Forest and Nature Therapy Guide, and Expressive Arts facilitator to co-create programs that are nurturing, restorative, and empowering.
