  • Camp Kawartha Environment Centre 2505 Pioneer Road Douro, ON, K0L 1S0 Canada (map)

Description

Do you love those quiet moments in nature when everything else falls away and a deep sense of peace rises to meet you?  Do you find yourself thinking, “I really need to do this more often”? If so, you’re not alone.

Join us as we slow down and explore simple mindfulness and expressive arts practices that calm the mind, soothe the body and leave us with a deepened sense of connection with ourselves, with each other, and with the more-than-human world.

Registration Fee $25
